Mr. Springer currently serves as the President/CEO of the strategic public health consulting firm, Trident House International LLC. Mr. Springer previously served the District of Columbia government as the Interim Director of the Department of Health, Senior Deputy Director for the Department of Health-Community Health Administration (CHA), as well as the Deputy Director of the Department of Behavioral Health-Addiction Prevention & Recovery Administration (APRA). He also served the non-profit sector as the Executive Director and Director of Training for the Danya Institute. He’s served on several National Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) Network Work Groups, as well as on the Board of Directors for ACMHA: The College for Behavioral Health Leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Public Health from Morgan State University, Baltimore MD.
